The objectives of this research are to find out relation between K3 knowledge, motivation, and skill with perception toward laborer’s risk in PT. Sarana Karya. The research is done according to observation using across-cut plan. Research subject is PT. Sarana Karya laborer where sample total are 63 people. Analyses used are univariat, bivariat, and multivariat analyses using Multi Linear Regression and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Test.
