Perception toward Risk viewed from Safety Skill, Motivation, and Knowledge and Work Health at PT. Sarana Karya Laborer, Buton District, Province of Southeast Sulawesi
Abstract
The objectives of this research are to find
out relation between K3 knowledge, motivation, and skill with perception toward
laborer’s risk in PT. Sarana Karya. The research is done according to
observation using across-cut plan. Research subject is PT. Sarana Karya laborer
where sample total are 63 people. Analyses used are univariat, bivariat, and
multivariat analyses using Multi Linear Regression and Pearson’s Product-Moment
Correlation Test.
Result of research indicates that there is
significant relation between K3 knowledge, motivation, and skill with
perception toward risk, in which K3 knowledge gives 21,92% contribution, K3
motivation gives 24,11% contribution, and K3 skill gives 20,42% contribution.
For relation between K3 knowledge, motivation, and skill simultaneously at
perception toward risk in office, it is 66,4%.
